About the role:
 
Matellio is strengthening its AWS Partner ecosystem with DevOps Competency and upcoming AWS GenAI Competency.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on AWS Partner Marketing Leader who has built, scaled, and monetized AWS service practices in IT services organizations.
 
This role is not limited to campaigns — it owns AWS GTM strategy, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
You will work closely with sales leadership, AWS alliances, pre-sales, and delivery teams to turn competencies into consistent business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

AWS Partner GTM & Revenue Ownership

  • Own and execute the AWS Partner marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Drive measurable contribution to AWS services pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Build and run AWS-led GTM motions including co-sell, partner-led demand generation, and marketplace GTM.

AWS Programs & Alliances

  • Work closely with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and AWS field sales teams.
  • Lead AWS co-sell (ACE) initiatives and joint opportunities.
  • Plan and execute MDF, MAP, and AWS-funded campaigns.
  • Leverage AWS competencies, service validations, and programs for demand generation.
 

Offering & Solution Marketing

  • Own positioning and packaging of AWS DevOps, Cloud Modernization, and GenAI offerings.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, sales-ready solution narratives.
  • Create differentiated messaging for enterprise and mid-market buyers.

Demand Generation & ABM
  • Build and scale AWS-focused demand generation programs across:
  • Partner with sales to accelerate SQLs, opportunities, and deal velocity.

Content & Thought Leadership
  • Own creation of AWS-focused assets:
  • Establish Matellio as a credible AWS Partner in DevOps and GenAI.

Team and Process Leadership
  • Build and lead a cloud marketing team (content, demand gen, alliances marketing).
  • Define processes, KPIs, and reporting for AWS marketing performance.
  • Manage agencies and external vendors as required.

Performance and Analytics
  • Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Continuously optimize GTM based on data and AWS feedback.
 
Required Skills and Experience:

Must Have
  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT services / technology consulting.
  • Mandatory experience in AWS Partner companies with active competencies.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue for AWS services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS partner programs (ACE, MDF, MAP, Marketplace).
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, DevOps, and modern cloud architectures.

Strong Advantage
  • Experience marketing GenAI, AI/ML, DevOps, or Cloud Modernization services.
  • Experience working directly with AWS field sales and partner teams.
  • Prior ownership of marketing teams and budgets.
  • Experience in scaling cloud practices from early stage to maturity.
